Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund service:
1. Return Requirements
- RETURNS TIME: You have 30 days to request a return of an item that is unused and in its original packaging.
- Return conditions: If the product is damaged or defective, you can request a return or exchange.
- Return process: Please contact our customer service team with your order information and reason for return and we will guide you on how to return the product.
2. Refund Process
- Refund Time: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed to your original payment account within 1-3 business days.
- REFUND METHOD: Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, including credit card, PayPal and other payment methods. If payment was made through other methods, we will consult with you to resolve the issue.
3. Shipping and Return Charges
- If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to the customer (e.g., don't like the item or order error), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item (e.g. different style, etc.), please contact us through customer service and we will arrange an exchange for you, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
5. Returns of Special Merchandise
- Customized Merchandise: Since customized merchandise is made according to your special needs, we do not accept returns of customized merchandise unless there is a quality problem with the merchandise.
- Used Merchandise: Due to hygiene reasons, merchandise that has been used (e.g., toolkits for personal use, etc.) cannot be returned unless the product is defective.
